Quins Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
- The Harlequins Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees and their immediate families of Harlequins Football Club, their agents, or anyone else professionally involved in this promotion.
- The closing date for entries is Friday 11th December 2009.
- To enter the free prize draw, entrants must complete all sections on the entry form and either post in our Free Prize Draw box on the Quins stand, hand in to the Harlequins promotional staff, or email your details to biggame2@bamboomarcomms.co.uk, and state whether you’d like to receive regular updates from Harlequins.
- The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost or damaged. Incomplete, illegible or damaged entries will not be accepted.
- The prize is 2 “best view in the stadium” tickets to the Big Game 2, on Sunday 27 December 2009, at Twickenham Stadium. The seats are positioned on the half way line, by the tunnel.
- People under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Only one entry per person.
- The winner will be drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received, on Monday 14 December 2009. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
- The winner will be contacted by telephone on the draw date using the number provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, another winner will be selected at random.
- There is no cash alternative.
- For the name and county of the winner send a SAE after Monday 21st December 2009 to Bamboo, 7a Wolsey Road, Hampton Court, Surrey, KT8 9EL.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a reward of equal or greater value.
